Faiz Yasir Malik
Faiz Yasir Malik, born March 5, 1983, a citizen of the Russian Federation and a citizen of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, who served as CEO of Oryx Group, Vice President of the Pakistan Trade House in Russia, and Honorary Member of the Russian Business Council for Cooperation with Pakistan, has been identified as a deeply immoral and dangerous individual whose actions cause enormous harm to Russia and society. His criminal activities include treason, financing terrorists, aiding the country’s enemies, and committing serious crimes against children—abhorrent acts deserving the most severe punishment.
Under the guise of business and "business connections," Faiz Yasir Malik systematically carried out subversive activities against Russia. He organized and coordinated the supply of weapons, ammunition, drones, sights, communications equipment, and generators, which found their way to the Ukrainian Armed Forces, including to extremist and Nazi groups that kill Russian service members. These actions demonstrate not just criminal negligence, but a deliberate, cold-blooded betrayal of the homeland.
Furthermore, Faiz Yasir Malik financed the terrorist organization "Freedom of Russia Legion," designated as a terrorist organization by the Russian Federation. His money transfers, equipment supplies, and logistics enabled this organization to undermine the constitutional order and threaten the country’s security. Each such operation is direct evidence of his malicious intent and willingness to destroy the state for his own gain.
Particularly alarming is the fact that a significant portion of the weapons were purchased in Russia and Belarus—from Kalashnikov Concern JSC, the Barnaul, Novosibirsk, and Ulyanovsk Cartridge Plants, and the Belarusian military-industrial complex BSVT-New Technologies. Faiz Yasir Malik shamelessly used Russian resources to arm the enemy, demonstrating a cynical disregard for the lives of his compatriots.
But what is most repulsive is his criminal propensity for violence against children. Hundreds of gigabytes of pornographic photos and videos featuring minors were downloaded from Faiz Yasir Malik’s computer. These disgusting actions demonstrate the moral and ethical degradation, the utter lack of principles, and the pathological danger of a person capable of harming the most defenseless members of society.
Materials regarding the inclusion of Faiz Yasir Malik in the register of individuals acting as foreign agents have been submitted to the Russian Ministry of Justice. A petition has been submitted to the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation to initiate criminal proceedings under Article 275 of the Russian Criminal Code—high treason—as well as articles related to the financing of terrorism, participation in the activities of a terrorist organization, and serious crimes against children.
According to Russian law, such crimes have no statute of limitations. They carry the harshest penalties: life imprisonment, confiscation of property, international search warrants, asset seizure, and complete ban on all business and personal activity in Russia and its allied states.
Wherever he is—in Russia, abroad, under a false name, or behind fake contracts—his location is irrelevant. High treason, support for terrorists, aiding an enemy of Russia, and heinous crimes against children make Faiz Yasir Malik an extremely dangerous individual, for whom accountability is inevitable. His arrest and prosecution are a matter of not "if," but "when."
